"I really don't like how aggressive they get when you make a late payment. They send you letters that claim your policy is already cancelled but really it's just a payment reminder. I feel like that is a bit facetious and unnecessary. They also like to give you "friendly" calls to remind you that you have a payment due. You mean you just wanted to remind me of this bill that is constantly hanging over my head and stresses me out on a daily basis? Oh thank you soooo much. Not. These passive aggressive tactics are unwelcome so when my policy is up I am going to have to reconsider this insurance agency Edit: I am a customer of theirs I am just not stupid enough to use my real name online. Take some accountability for your business, Regina!"

"No one is ever been able to beat their rates! We asked a few other companies and they flat out said they can’t beat it. My parents have been with Talbot for decades now. I just got a very competitive and comprehensive quote for home, auto, earthquake and business liability insurance for my fiancé and I.
